For example, if we have the best sealed and insulated home, with high R-values in the walls, on the ceiling, the best windows and doors, but kept the door open we wouldn't have a very efficient home would we? This may be an extreme example but does emphasis the need to look beyond a single unit approach and evaluate the home as a complete system.

We believe we need to design and build with the complete home system in mind.When we have designed and built your home with a high heat loss resistance we can then reduce the size of the heating or cooling component required, in many cases eliminating the need for summer air conditioning.

At EnerPro homes we take each component of the home, evaluate the efficiency in the complete building envelope and build in such a way as to get a payback on your investment. we can offset the cost of a more efficient building envelope with the decreased cost of the heating and cooling equipment. This not only decreases your initial cost of investment but gives you a month over month savings plus as an added bonus you reduce the carbon footprint on the environment.
