What is the cost per square foot of house?

It’s very difficult to quote a price by the square foot as the price is affected by many variables such as the location, the type of construction, energy efficiency of the home, different exterior and interior style and finishes, etc. At EnerPro Homes we price each home individually for you, taking into consideration your design, requirements and desires.

How long does it take to build a house?

This depends on the style and size of the house. At EnerPro Homes we can give you a time estimate after we see the final plans.

Where does EnerPro Homes build homes?

As a custom home builder we are an urban and rural builder based within the county of Lethbridge. We are willing to build in Lethbridge, the surrounding counties, towns and villages. This includes Barons, Coaldale, Coalhurst, Fort Macleod, Nobleford, Picture Butte and Taber.

Do you have land or lots available?

As a custom home builder we will build your home for you at your prefered location. At times we have a small selection of lots but we make it our business to be informed of plots that are available. In many cases we can purchase a specific lot if the land costs will be included in the mortgage for the home we are going to build for you.

Does your name suggest that you build energy efficient homes?

Can you build senior friendly homes?

We can design your homes as to your needs or specifications. In the past we have designed and built homes with wheel chair doorways, lipless showers, less or no steps, wall hung toilets or any other senior friendly feature that you would require so you can stay in your home with comfort and ease.

Do I have a choice in the design and finish of our home?

You may choose whatever your budget allows as long as it falls within the Alberta Building Code and does not compromise our level of quality and building techniques. As long as this criteria is met we will try everything possible to satisfy your needs.

Do you have a warranty program?

We are affiliated with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. Members of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program are held to the highest standards of building quality. Every EnerPro Home comes with a 5 year Alberta New Home Warranty.
